You can find a list of our current vacancies here. We’re also always happy to receive speculative applications from skilled writers and designers with a background in B2B marketing and/or technology.
Probably within a week.
We strive to respond to all applicants, but due to the high volume of applications for some roles it’s not always possible to reply to all unsuccessful applicants. If you have not heard from us within 14 days your application, please assume it has not been successful.
A member of our HR team will be in touch to arrange a brief telephone interview. This is an opportunity for us to fill in any gaps and for you to ask any initial questions.
Assuming this goes well, we’ll be in touch to arrange a face-to-face interview at our offices.
Depending on the role and what applications we get, we may ask you to come back for a second interview.
We try and keep interviews quite informal. We think that they should be a chance for us to get to know you better and for you to find out more about the job, not an interrogation! The interview will normally be led by the person that will be managing the successful applicant and one other manager or director.
Interviews will normally take between 40 minutes and one hour.
We’ll always let you know in advance if we expect you to prepare anything specific or bring anything to the interview.
We’ll always do our best to let you know the outcome within 1-2 working days. The only exceptions will be over holiday periods or if we’re waiting to see another candidate. If that’s going to be the case we’ll let you know during the interview.
We’re just a short walk away from Reading train station. We’re also close to many bus routes.
Please make sure that you include a covering letter including details of your salary expectations and notice period along with your CV.
