Here at Gloo we believe in CSR and giving back to our community. Over the years we’ve supported many organisations, including: Meningitis Now, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Launchpad, The Good Thinking Society, CMT UK and the Royal Berkshire Hospital.
The causes our team are passionate about include:
- Using technology to promote equality and inclusiveness
- Caring for the environment and improving sustainability
- Improving the understanding and support for mental health issues
- Increasing gender equality
- Supporting the victims of violence and abuse
In addition to corporate donations and matching employee donations, we’re just starting on a programme of donating time to worthy causes. We’ve started talking to a couple of charities about using our marketing, copywriting, and design skills to help them get their message across, increase awareness and donations, and enable them to do more of what they’re doing.
Much as we love working on projects in the technology and finance spaces, we’re excited to be working with these good causes. We’ll be helping them to create a wide range of assets, including sponsorship packs, social media content, posters, brochures, and annual reports. We’re not doing this for the publicity, but we might share some of the outputs on our projects page.
This is an ongoing programme, so if you’re a registered charity—ideally in the Berkshire or London area—and would like to be considered in the future, please get in touch.
